Amy Ferrara was miraculously spared from a house fire and backdraft in 2013 when Jesus Christ stood between her and the flames. She physically survived the flames, but the life-altering event kicked off a health crisis that changed her and her family's life forever. As Amy underwent intensive trauma therapy, a miracle happened. The trauma of the house fire led to unexpected healing from decades-long PTSD. Amy calls it: "the fire that healed her." Amy has received true healing by the hands of Jesus Christ. She now has the sacred privilege of sharing her story about the gift of pain and suffering to encourage her brothers and sisters in Christ, as well as anyone who has endured the long journey of suffering. Amy is a Texas girl who lives in Austin with husband Mark and their three children: Bella, Isaac and Josie.
